Vitamin Injections
Quick vitamin shots from $20, done in about five minutes. They help most when you run low on something, and we’ll help you figure out whether you do. Pop in on a Tuesday or Thursday, add one to any visit, or ask about take-home options.
01 · How It Works
Each of these is a quick shot, much shorter than an IV. The whole visit takes about five minutes, and you can add one or two onto any other appointment instead of booking a separate one.
Rather do it at home? Some of these come as take-home injections that are easy to do yourself. We’ll show you how, and you can place a pickup order anytime.

Is This Right for Me?
If any of these sound like you, there's likely an injection built for it.
B12, B Complex and Biotin are common starting points.
B12 and MIC are popular add-ons to our GLP-1 program.
Vitamin D and Vitamin C are two of the most requested.
Amino Acid Blend and Glutathione are built for these.
Research most clearly supports these shots for correcting a real nutrient deficiency. Broader claims like more energy, better mood or a faster metabolism are popular and often reasonable, but large clinical trials don’t always back them. Each shot’s page spells out what’s well established.
These are wellness services, not treatments for a diagnosed medical condition. We review your health history at every visit.
What to Expect
We go over your health history and help you pick the shot that fits your goal.
A small needle in the arm or hip. Over in seconds.
About five minutes total. Combine two or three shots in the same stop if you like.
It depends on your goal: energy, stress, weight-loss support, immune support or recovery. Tell us what you’re after and we’ll help you choose, or compare all eight above.
Yes. Many clients combine two or three, or add one onto an IV or another service, so you’re not scheduling separate appointments.
It depends on the shot. B12 can be weekly; vitamin D is spaced further apart because your body stores it. We’ll set a schedule with you.
Most people describe it as a quick pinch, usually in the arm or hip. The whole visit takes about five minutes.
No. You’re free to go right after.
The most common is a sore or slightly red spot where the needle went in, for a day or two. B Complex can turn your urine bright yellow for a day, which is harmless. A true allergic reaction is rare. Each shot’s page lists anything specific to it.
Talk with us first if you’ve reacted to a vitamin shot before, have a bleeding disorder or take a blood thinner, or are pregnant or nursing. Biotin can throw off thyroid and heart lab tests, so tell your doctor if you’ve had it before blood work. And if your levels are already normal, you may not feel much from any of these, which is good to know before you spend the money.
