Does this replace protein in my diet?

No. It supports adequate dietary protein and training and can’t replace either.

How often should I get it?

Some clients pair it with training days; others come in weekly. We’ll talk through what fits your routine.

Can I combine it with other services?

Yes, easy to add to an IV, another shot, or any other visit.

What side effects can happen?

Expect a sore or slightly red spot where the needle went in, for a day or two. A true allergic reaction is rare.

Who should skip it?

If you’re not training much or you’re short on protein, start with your diet; you’ll get more from that than from this shot. If you have kidney or liver disease, check with your doctor before adding extra amino acids. Pregnant or nursing? Tell us at check-in so we can talk it through together.
