How is this different from a B12 shot?

B12 is one specific B vitamin; this is the full B-vitamin family together, for broader support. If you know you run low on B12 in particular, a B12 shot targets that.

Will it help me sleep better?

Some clients notice a difference; individual response varies and isn’t guaranteed.

How often can I get it?

Weekly is common; others come in now and then. We’ll set a schedule that fits you.

Can I combine it with other services?

Yes, it’s easy to add to an IV, another shot, or any other visit.

What side effects can happen?

B vitamins are water-soluble, so your body clears what it doesn’t use. Expect a sore or slightly red spot where the needle went in, for a day or two. Your urine may turn bright yellow for a day from the riboflavin (vitamin B2), which is harmless. A true allergic reaction is rare.

Who should skip it?

If you eat a varied diet and feel good, you may not notice much from this one, and that’s worth knowing before you spend the $20. If you’ve reacted to a vitamin shot before, tell us first. Pregnant or nursing? Tell us at check-in so we can talk it through together.
