Vitamin Injection
A $25 shot for people who want vitamin C support for immune function, collagen and healing, or who can’t stomach large doses in pill form. It helps most if you’re low.
How It Works
Vitamin C plays a role in immune function, wound and tissue repair, and making collagen, the protein that keeps skin, joints and connective tissue strong. Injected, it skips your digestive tract, so it won’t upset your stomach the way large pills can.
A quick shot, easy to add to any other visit or pair with our Immune Support IV.
Is This Right for Me?
One of the best-known roles vitamin C plays.
Vitamin C is a cofactor in collagen production.
Tissue repair is a well-documented role for this nutrient.
A shot skips your gut entirely.
Pricing
Correcting a true vitamin C deficiency is well supported by research, with real roles in immune function, wound healing and collagen. Using it to boost immunity in someone who’s already well-nourished has less evidence behind it.

What to Expect
We go over your health history and how you’ve been feeling.
A small needle in the arm or hip. Over in seconds.
About five minutes total. Add vitamin D or B12 in the same stop if you like.
There’s no strong evidence it prevents illness in someone who’s already well-nourished. What’s well supported is correcting a real deficiency.
Some clients come weekly; others now and then. We’ll set a schedule that fits you.
Yes, easy to add to an IV, another shot, or any other visit.
Vitamin C is water-soluble, so your body clears what it doesn’t use. Expect a sore or slightly red spot where the needle went in, for a day or two. A true allergic reaction is rare.
If you have kidney disease or a history of kidney stones, check with your doctor first, since extra vitamin C can add to stone risk. If you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and feel well, a shot may not add much. Pregnant or nursing? Tell us at check-in so we can talk it through together.
