My Story

A Little About Me

I think like a lot of women, somewhere along the way I got so busy being everything to everyone else that I forgot to make much room for myself.

I’m a wife, a mom, and a nurse. All things I love and am incredibly proud of. But I also started to realize that I wanted something that was just mine. Something that excited me, challenged me, and gave me a little more freedom to be present for my family.

I loved nursing, but I knew I wanted to explore something beyond the hospital. I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness, and I loved the idea of helping women feel good about themselves in a different way.

That’s really where Vita Mobile, now Refine Redding, began.

I didn’t have some big business plan or everything figured out. I just knew I wanted to create something meaningful, and I was willing to take a chance on myself.

And I’m so glad I did.

What I didn’t expect was how much I would grow personally along the way. Building a business has pushed me outside my comfort zone more times than I can count. It’s been exciting, intimidating, rewarding, and sometimes really hard.

But it’s also given me something I didn’t realize I was missing. A sense of independence, purpose, and a part of my identity that belongs to me.

One of my favorite things about what I do is getting to know the women who come through my door. We’re all in different seasons of life, but I think so many of us can relate to feeling stretched thin, putting ourselves last, or just wanting to feel a little more like ourselves again.

I love being able to encourage women to do something for themselves, whatever that looks like for them. And somewhere along the way, I’ve realized they’re encouraging me just as much.

I still don’t have it all figured out. I’m still learning how to balance being a mom, a wife, a nurse, a business owner, and just being me. Some days I do that better than others.

But I’m proud that I took the chance to build something of my own.

Refine Redding has given me the opportunity to grow alongside some pretty incredible women, and that means more to me than I ever expected.
