How It Works

Support for the body's own repair process.

BPC-157 (“Body Protection Compound”) is a synthetic peptide based on a fragment found naturally in gastric juice. Researchers have studied it mostly for tissue repair in tendons, ligaments and the gut lining, and for calming inflammation. That's why people recovering from an injury or a demanding training block ask about it.

You give it yourself as a small injection at home, and we check in at each monthly refill. It also comes paired with TB-500 in our Wolverine Blend.

BPC-157 FAQs

Something else on your mind about BPC-157? Text us at (530) 201-2665.

Is BPC-157 FDA-approved?

Not FDA-approved. Compounded. Status as of October 2026. We update this page when that changes.

What is it used for?

Most commonly for supporting recovery from injuries affecting tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue, and for its anti-inflammatory effects.

How is it taken?

As a self-administered injection. We walk you through technique and set your dose at your consult.

Is it safe?

Most people notice nothing more than a little redness, itching or a small bump where they inject. Most BPC-157 research comes from animal and lab studies, and large human trials haven't been done, so the long-term risks in people aren't known yet. We go over your health history before you start.

Who shouldn't take BPC-157?

Skip it if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, since there's no safety data for either. If you compete in a drug-tested sport, BPC-157 is on the World Anti-Doping Agency's banned list. And if an injury is new, severe or getting worse, have a doctor or physical therapist look at it first.

Can I combine it with another peptide?

Yes. It comes paired with TB-500 in our Wolverine Blend, and with TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV in Ultimate Recovery. Ask us about combinations at your consult.

Does insurance cover it?

No. Compounded peptides aren't billed through insurance. You'll know the exact monthly cost before you commit.
